Distributed production across multiple locations does not only speed up delivery times but also helps reduce costs, carbon emissions and enables to support local businesses.
How Quickly Do You Deliver?
The delivery time is determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to:

Through Gelato, print on demand— We deliver to more than 170 countries worldwide as Gelato has a local production in 33 countries thanks to their network of more than 100 print partners.
Printing locally means most packages are delivered 72 hours after the order has been placed and confirmed.
Do You Deliver To PO Boxes?
Currently, Gelato can deliver orders to PO boxes ONLY in the United States and only for orders shipped with Smartpost. Other shipping partners do not support this option.
Will I be charged taxes and customs?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US dollars, which means that you may need to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
