I’m Lilly Wong,
I break the myths that break you.
By 30, I had the perfect life —and it nearly broke me.
Educated across continents. A promising career. A loving relationship. Success by every external measure.
Then came chronic fatigue, depression, and a panic attack. Everything I thought was true began to unravel. What once looked like success revealed itself as separation.
That breakdown became my breakthrough.
I left it all behind and began a thirteen-year exploration into the deeper architecture of human thriving by resetting my body, regulating my emotions, and refocusing my thoughts.Through that journey of mythbreaking™, I remembered a truth I had always known:
Wholeness is not a goal. It is our original nature.
And I also discovered one of humanity's greatest myths:
The illusion of separation. The separation between work and life. Between purpose and prosperity. Between the spiritual and leadership worlds.
Yet burnout, conflict, and disengagement are often symptoms of that very division.
The illusion of separation is the myth. Oneness is the solution.
I emerged as the Mother of Mythbreaking™ and gave birth to the innovative Oneness Emerging Intelligence™ to help leaders remember what has always been true: We thrive in Oneness, not separation.
Today, Today, I am on a mission to create a ripple effect of Oneness around the world. I live a peaceful, purpose-driven, and prosperous life—one that is sustainable and fully embodied. And I help others do the same.
